NAUTICAL FURNISHINGS

DIVISION ONE · COMMERCIAL MILLWORK & ROLLOUT

Specified once. Reproduced everywhere.

Wall systems, bar and booth millwork, lighting and fixture packages for operators opening on a calendar. Your prototype becomes a documented kit, and the kit ships by store.

What a program gives you that a quote does not

  • One approval, not forty

A documented kit per prototype, approved once at corporate instead of re-approved in every market.

  • A number you can budget

Per-unit pricing fixed for the term with a stated escalator, so the decor line stops being an estimate.

  • Delivery on your calendar

Kits staged by store, labeled by zone, delivered to the general contractor in the week the trade needs them.

  • A variance band, on purpose

Species and finish locked. Patina and grain free to differ. Authentic material is supposed to vary — we just decide by how much.

  • Rebuildable in year seven

A documented piece can be remade when a booth gets wrecked or a market gets remodeled. The package does not die with the install.

From first conversation to the fortieth opening

Five steps. The first three happen once. The last two repeat for as long as you keep opening.

  1. 01

    Prototype walk

In person or from drawings, with your design and construction leads. Output is a decor scope by zone.

  2. 02

    Rendered concept and sample box

Your actual room with our actual material. You see the decision before you fund it, and franchisees see it before they argue about it.

  3. 03

One built store, signed off as the control

Photographed and measured. Everything after this is reproduction against an approved standard.

  4. 04

    Master agreement

Pricing, variance band, lead times, freight terms, substitution rules and replacement provisions. Signed once.

  5. 05

    Draw down per store

Your team releases a store, we ship a kit. No requote, no redesign, no second approval cycle.

Who this is for

Operators whose interior is part of the product. If a guest would notice the difference between real timber and a printed panel, the program pays for itself.
